Anti-Islamic figures and drawings were made on the door of the Stockholm Mosque in the capital of Sweden, Stockholm.
Imam Mahmoud Khalfi of the Stockholm Mosque in Sweden, in his statement addressing the racist attack, stated that the mosque's door was marked with symbols and inscriptions against Islam, referencing the "war in Palestine."
The Stockholm Mosque Association, in its written statement, condemned the recent rise in Islamophobia and racist movements against Arabs, particularly in connection with Israel's attacks on the besieged Gaza Strip.
The statement expressed concern about members of the mosque community, many of whom are Palestinians, facing racism in schools and on the streets, and highlighted growing concerns about hate crimes.
The police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
