More than 300 settlements retaken from Russian forces: Ukraine
Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Defence Hanna Maliar has recently said that more than 300 settlements in the Kharkiv area have been taken back from Russian forces since September 6.

Maliar stressed that an area of approximately 3,800 square km have been taken back from Russian forces.
"More than 300 settlements and around 150,000 of our people have been liberated from the de-facto captivity," she said.
Maliar added that the offensives against Russian forces in the area are continuing and will continue until the area is taken back completely.
The military governor the Kharkiv area, Oleg Sinegubov, said in a separate statement that before the counter-offensive of the Ukrainian forces started, around 30% of the Kharkiv area was controlled by the Russian forces, while today that percentage is 15%.
