Erdoğan attends NATO summit as Türkiye prepares to host next meeting
The second day of meetings began at the NATO Summit, attended by heads of state and government from member countries.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will hold bilateral talks today as part of the summit. The NATO Heads of State and Government Summit is being held in The Hague, Netherlands, with leaders from 32 member and partner countries participating.
President Erdoğan entered the hall where the second session of the leaders' summit is taking place, accompanied by Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
Before the meeting, an official welcoming ceremony was held at the World Forum venue, followed by a group photo.
Erdoğan was greeted by Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, shaking hands and taking photos with them.
In the group photo, UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer stood to Erdoğan's right, and Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson to his left.
After the photo session, President Erdoğan exchanged handshakes and brief talks with US President Donald Trump and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
The leaders' session then began behind closed doors. Erdoğan is expected to deliver messages at the summit amid ongoing developments in the Middle East and will hold bilateral meetings.
Additionally, a handover ceremony will take place between the Netherlands and Türkiye as Türkiye is set to host the next NATO Summit.
