"We walked this road together. You have given us this task again. We will continue to build and revive the Turkish Century," he said.
"In one of most important elections of our multi-party political life, our nation made its decision in favor of 'the Century of Türkiye'."
"We are not the only winners. The winner is Türkiye, the winner is our nation with all its segments, our democracy is the winner," he added.
"We should come together in unity and solidarity," Erdoğan told a sea of supporters outside his presidential palace in Ankara. "We call for this with all our heart."
"Addressing problems caused by inflation, compensating welfare loss most urgent priority," Erdoğan said.
Erdogan's call came after a bitterly divisive election that saw him beat secular opposition leader Kemal Kilicdaroglu by four percentage points in Türkiye's first presidential runoff.
Erdogan told his supporters that the election was Türkiye's "most important" of the modern era.
"We have no resentment, no anger or frustration with anyone," he said. "Today, nobody lost. The entire nation of 85 million won."
