Istanbul Airport thanks foreign search and rescue teams

After the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, which is described as the "disaster of the century", teams that came from abroad and participated in the search and rescue efforts started to return to their countries.

The digital information screens at Istanbul Airport were reflecting "Thanks for your solidarity" in 15 different languages, along with the flags of the countries that supported the search and rescue efforts in the earthquake zone.

The search and rescue teams hosted in the IGA Lounge wrote their messages in the diary book in the area.

The teams, who were taken to the aircraft gate with the "IGA Buggy" vehicles, were presented with a mug with the "thank you" written on it as a souvenir.
