Erdoğan celebrates April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day with young guests at Beştepe Presidential Complex
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with children from the Turkic world and guests from the TRT Children's Festival in celebration of April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day at the Presidential Complex.

Erdoğan shared on his social media account, "On the occasion of April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day, we hosted nearly 500 children from 29 different countries under the theme 'World Children Hand in Hand for Peace' here in Türkiye. I kiss the eyes of all our children, including this year's honored guests, the Palestinian children."
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan congratulated the 104th anniversary of the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and the April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day.
President Erdoğan shared a congratulatory message for April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day on his official social media account.
In his message, Erdoğan noted, "I congratulate the 104th anniversary of the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye and the April 23rd National Sovereignty and Children's Day of our dear children, who are the apple of our eyes. I wish that every day of our children, who are the guarantors of our future, passes with the joy of celebration.
I respectfully commemorate everyone who contributed to bringing our country to where it is today, including the first President of the Grand National Assembly, the Commander-in-Chief of our War of Independence, the founder of our Republic, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.
I pray for the mercy of Allah upon each and every heroic martyr who sacrificed their lives without hesitation for our independence and future."
