Kızılelma lifts off for the first time: video

Baykar Chairman of the Board and Technology Leader Selçuk Bayraktar shared the video of Türkiye's first unmanned fighter aircraft, Kızılelma, taking off.

Bayraktar, in his post, said, "We could not keep it anymore on the ground. It flew! Thanks to our Lord."

First flight in 2023

The testing process of Bayraktar Kızılelma Unmanned Fighter Plane project, developed with Baykar's 20 years of deep technology accumulation and experience, will continue with ground tests.

Bayraktar Kızılelma's first flight is planned to be carried out in 2023.

Kızılelma platform is said to revolutionize the battlefield with its landing and take-off capability, especially for ships with short runways.
