US Treasury official calls debt-ceiling talks 'constructive'

Deputy U.S. Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo told CNN on Sunday that debt-ceiling negotiations between White House and congressional staff have been "constructive," as the two sides seek a deal to avert a possible first-ever U.S. default on June 1.
