German Social Democrat (SPD) leader Martin Schulz rules out an upper limit for the number of refugees entering the nation at a party conference called to consider forging a new coalition under Chancellor Angela Merkel.
There would be "no upper limit" on refugee numbers under the SPD, Schulz told the 600 party delegates.
