Turkish security forces neutralized two PKK terrorists in northern Iraq, according to the National Defense Ministry on Thursday.
The terrorists were neutralized as part of an ongoing anti-terror operation in the Hakurk region, the ministry said on Twitter.
In its more than 30-year terror campaign, the PKK -- considered a terrorist group by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU -- has killed more than 40,000 people, including numerous women and children.
