Just hours after the U.S. put Syria's Assad's regime on notice over a potential chemical weapons plot the brutal dictator visited a Russian air base near the coastal city of Latakia on Tuesday making the best of the photo-op. Assad is seen trying out the role of fighter jet pilot and inspecting weapons, personnel and armored vehicles at the base.
