Turkish PM Binali Yıldırım declared victory for "yes" side from unofficial results in referendum vote. "The presidential system, according to unofficial results, has been confirmed with a 'Yes' vote," Prime Minister Binali Yildirim told jubilant supporters from the balcony of the headquarters of the Justice and Development Party (AKP) in Ankara.
"This is a decision made by the people. In our democracy's history, a new page has opened. Turkish nation gave the final word by saying Yes. Those who said No and those who said Yes in referendum are one and the same" he said in a statement
