Speaking to his ruling AK Party lawmakers during 27th council meeting in the capital Ankara on Sunday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said in his speech: "Turkey closed IMF chapter not to reopen it again. Turkey is far from needing an IMF loan or related technical assistance."
