Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said that measures announced by Saudi Arabia's public prosecutor in response to the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, were "positive but insufficient". Çavuşoğlu also that the Saudi probe needs to reveal who ordered Khashoggi's killing.
