For the first time in seven years, the Syrian regime declared full control of Damascus and its countryside after heavy battles ended with evacuation agreements. Daesh terrorists were evacuated to the Badia district in Homs province, while a number of civilians were allowed to depart for opposition-held parts of Idlib province.
