As Palestinian factions convened in Gaza on Sunday to discuss escalating tensions, the Israeli cabinet discussed Egyptian and U.N. brokered ideas for a truce and to avoid another war in Gaza. Nevertheless an Israeli airstrike hit four Palestinians in the northern Gaza strip on Sunday.
