The temperature of the political crisis in Spain seems have slightly lowered following Spain's Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy's decisionto defer any extraordinary action against the Catalonian autonomous state, after it declared partial independence.
Addressing deputies in parliament on Wednesday, rajoy said the Catalan Regional President Carles Puigdemont's response would determine "future events".
