President Ilham Aliyev met visiting Turkish justice minister on Tuesday, Azerbaijani presidency said in a statement.
According to the statement, both sides highlighted that friendship between the two countries were improving successfully in every field.
It also added that close cooperation between the justice ministries of the two countries contributes to further improvement of bilateral ties.
Turkish Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gül visited the tomb of late Azerbaijani President Haydar Aliyev, the Turkish Martyrs' Memorial in Baku and the Eternal Flame Memorial.
During his official visit, Gül will also meet Azerbaijan's Justice Minister Fikret Memmedov and Interior Minister Ramil Usubov.
