France strongly condemns the Israeli government's plan to prepare for the full occupation of Gaza, Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot said on Friday.
"Such an operation would worsen an already catastrophic situation, without enabling the release of Hamas' hostages, or Hamas' disarmament and surrender," he said in a statement on X.
