Mexico's Health Ministry on Saturday reported 7,615 new confirmed coronavirus infections and 578 additional fatalities, bringing the total in the country to 338,913 cases and 38,888 deaths.
The government has said the real number of infected people is likely significantly higher than the confirmed cases.
