Returning Turkish troops welcomed at ceremony in Ankara
"Our personnel and citizens were evacuated from Kabul in less than 48 hours thanks to the flights we carried out with 8 planes and 2 helicopters. In addition, necessary support was given to the evacuation of citizens of other countries," Turkey's defense chief Hulusi Akar said in a statement.
