Speaking after a security summit with Asia-Pacific nations, U.S. Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis said that the all nations support "a complete, verifiable irreversible destruction" of North Korea's nuclear weapons. He also stressed that he expects talks with North Korea to be "bumpy".
