As the diplomatic rift between Qatar and its Arab neighbors continues, the Qatari Defense Minister Khalid al-Attiyah says that Doha eyes full NATO membership. In a positive move, Saudi Arabia has decided to accept pilgrims coming from Qatar for first time since relations were cut one year ago.
