Türkiye will be able to start using the natural gas from the Black Sea discovery in March next year, the country's energy minister said on Thursday.
Fatih Dönmez also talked about the last week's meeting in Sochi between Turkish and Russian leaders, saying that an agreement was reached about the natural gas payment in rubles while payments in Turkish liras are also on the table.
