Three PKK terrorists were killed in airstrikes in southeastern Şırnak province on Tuesday, according to regional governor's office.
In a statement, the Şırnak Governor's Office said Turkish jets carried out the operation in Küpeli mountain, also known as Gabar mountain, after drones spotted terrorists in the region.
Anti-terror operations remain ongoing in the region.
More than 1,200 people, including security force personnel and civilians, have lost their lives since the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S., and EU -- resumed its decades-old armed campaign in July 2015.
