Trade sanctions imposed by Russia against Turkish agricultural products has resulted in financial damage for Russia.
Russian Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachov confirmed that due to the economic tensions between the two countries, Russia has lost approximately one point two billion dollars.
The minister added that he did not want to say Russia cannot survive without Turkey. However Russia still wants to solve the trade dispute with Turkey. Russian minister Tkachov highlihted that Turkey was an important market, which receives about 10 percent of all Russian exports.
