The U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson visited Lebanon on Thursday as part of his Middle East tour.
However, this visit was more different and interesting than others.

Tillerson was kept waiting at Lebanon's presidential palace for several minutes before his Lebanese counterpart greeted him ahead of talks with President Michel Aoun.
