Russian President Putin orders symmetric response to U.S. missile test

"I'm ordering the Defence Ministry, the Foreign Ministry and other appropriate agencies to analyze the threat to our country posed by U.S. actions, and to take exhaustive measures to prepare a reciprocal response," Russian President Vladimir Putin said as speaking of the recent U.S. missile test.
