Lavrov: Credible evidence indicates YPG, Daesh made deal

The Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that a statement by the Ministry of Defense which acknowledges that the YPG and Daesh reached a deal about the evacuation of Raqqa is based on credible evidence.
