Turkish Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Hami Aksoy stated on Thursday that there are strong suspicions that the chemical attack in the Syrian town of Douma was carried out by the Assad regime. Spokesperson Aksoy called the Russia vetoed UN Security Council resolution in the United Nations on Eastern Ghouta, a missed opportinity.
