As part of a counter-intelligence operation, Turkish officials have arrested two UAE citizens for spying on behalf of the United Arab Emirates. Authorities are now probing whether the spies have some links to Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi's murder in Saudi consulate in Istanbul last year.
