Thai officials have said they will not extradite 18-year-old Saudi woman Rahaf Mohammed al-Qunun who fled her Saudi family while on vacation in Kuwait. The Saudi teen says she will be killed if she is sent back to the kingdom and is now reported to have left Bangkok airport "under the care" of the UN Refugee Agency
