On Saturday, Istanbul is set to host a quartet summit on Syria. At the summit, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, his Russian and French counterparts Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will address the Syrian conflict in all its aspects.
