Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has says that Turkey will take safe zone matters into its own hands if the U.S. does not keep its promises in Manbij and the east of the Euphrates. Erdoğan also slammed Washington and European countries for their attitudes towards Venezuela and its elected President Nicolas Maduro.
