Speaking in Hungary's capital Budapest on Thursday, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan blamed Turkey's allies in NATO for turning a blind eye to the PKK terror group's Syrian offshoot PYD/YPG and urged the U.S. and Russia to keep their promises regarding the withdrawal of terrorists from the Operation Peace Spring area.
