26 year-old French player won this title over Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Lukaku, Alexis Sanchez and Harry Kane and his team mate Eden Hazard.
After playing for Leicester City last year and winning the Premier League Championship, Kante made Leicester to get 30 million pounds from Chelsea and moved away.
Kante became the third Chelsea player after John Terry and Eden Hazard to win this title.
