The Pentagon has published its 2019 budget. The U.S. didn't forget to include the terrorist PYD/PKK in the budget.
The Pentagon's budget proposal for 2019 included $300 million for the train-and-equip program for those known as the Syrian Democratic Forces, which are predominantly led by the PKK-affiliated YPG, and $250 million for building a "Border Security Force" in Syria.
