The U.S. has continued to deploy additional troops to Syria in order to secure President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from the war-torn country. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has reiterated the Adana agreement between Turkey and Syria to avoid a power vacuum amid the U.S. withdrawal process.
