On Tuesday Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused the United States of settling down in Syria with no intention to leave, in contrary to Donald Trump's promise to withdraw. Lavrov also expressed his hope for better cooperation with France in Syria after talks with French counterparts.
