Turkey is preparing to launch an operation against YPG/PKK who aim to form a state east of the Euphrates River in an area which comprises of Arabs, Kurds and Tturkmens. While dialogue continues between Turkey and the U.S., Turkey may start a new Syria operation at any moment.
