Following a PKK terror group rally in the Iraqi city of Kirkuk. Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al Abadi, in a press conference, stated that flags related to the PKK terror group and banners of the PKK's ringleader Abdullah Ocalan should not be allowed in Kirkuk's city center, saying that they would only create new reasons for conflict.
