A wind turbine blade fell across a motorway near bielefeld, Germany, and crushed the cab of a lorry. The giant blade fell when the truck it was travelling on was involved in a rear-end collision. The driver of a vehicle following behind was injured in the incident. Police blocked the road for hours the road, causing severe delays on the motorway in both directions.
