Chinese scientists have successfully cloned macaques using the same technique that yielded the famous clone Dolly the sheep.
The two cloned macaques, named Zhong Zhong and Hua Hua, were produced towards the end of 2017 at the non-human-primate research facility under the Chinese Academy of Sciences
