China's manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) stood at 51.8 percent in November, up 0.2 percentage points from the previous month, according to data released by China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing (CFLP) as well as the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) on Thursday.
