A News Application Data Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the A News mobile application provided by Turkuvaz Haberleşme ve Yayıncılık Anonim Şirketi ("Turkuvaz").

The A News Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets out how data obtained through the A News mobile application is used and processed in accordance with Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). It covers the purposes of processing, data transfers and recipients, as well as the methods and legal grounds for data collection.

Processing Activities Subject to Explicit Consent

Usage Data:
Personal data obtained during your use of the application—such as visit data and device identifiers (ID)—may be processed with your consent by our developers located abroad, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This processing is carried out for statistical analysis and to improve the application.

Your processed data may be shared, in compliance with the KVKK, with our group companies, shareholders, and business partners solely for the purposes of developing the application and resolving issues.

You may submit requests by registered mail, in person, via a notary, or electronically using a registered email (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an email address previously provided and registered in our system. Requests will be resolved free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

Turkuvaz implements up-to-date technical and administrative measures to process your data solely for providing the application, prevent unlawful access, and securely store your information.

The A News application may contain links to other websites. When you visit those sites, their privacy and security policies apply, and Turkuvaz bears no responsibility for those visits.
