Everton said Thursday they have agreed a deal to sign Beşiktaş striker Cenk Tosun.
The 26-year-old could go straight into the squad for Friday's FA Cup third-round for against Liverpool, if the paperwork is completed in time.
"We've agreed a deal and are at the stage of personal terms," Allardyce said.
The move is expected to cost Everton 27 million pounds (36.5 million dollars).
