The seventh Uludağ Economy Summit ended with an awards ceremony at a ski resort in the northwestern province of Bursa on Saturday.
The summit, organized by Capital and the Ekonomist magazines, hosted nearly 1,200 businesspeople from around the world.
Three projects were awarded in the "Stars of Region" competition.
Dozens of speakers attended the sessions which comprehensively addressed a variety of subjects such as agriculture, health, production, banking, digitization and entrepreneurship.
Leaders from business and political world took part in the event, including Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek, former Croatia President Ivo Josipovic, Former Governor of Reserve Bank of India Duvvuri Subbarao, Autonomous Mobility's Chief Executive Officer Peter Sorgenfrei and Turk Telekom CEO Paul Doany.
