At least two people were killed in a Syrian regime offensive in the city of Homs, hospital sources said Saturday.
Regime forces' mortar and air operations injured 13 other people, including children, in the western city of Homs, according to field hospital sources.
A "de-escalation zone" recently declared by Russia in Homs has yet to formally go into effect.
