US President Donald Trump, speaking in a joint press conference with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, says that "something could happen" with regards to the Paris agreement to reduce climate change.
"Something could happen with respect to the Paris accord," Trump says, adding: "We'll see what happens, but we'll talk about that over the coming period of time. If it happens it'll be wonderful and if it doesn't, that'll be ok too."
Macron says that he respects Trump's campaign commitment to pull out of the climate agreement and there is "a wish to continue to work" on the topic.
